Guideline on waste data collection

The goal of this guideline is to assist countries in setting up reporting mechanisms in accordance with EU Waste Statistics Regulation which is the main reporting obligation for waste data in the EU. This guideline focuses primarily on the understanding of the aims of the regulation and on how to build up a system in order to fulfil reporting obligations.

OECD/EEA database on economic instruments and voluntary approaches used in environmental policy and natural resources management

This database has been developed in close co-operation between OECD and the European Environment Agency. Below you can find queries that provide information on tradable permit systems, deposit refund systems, environmentally motivated subsidies and voluntary approaches used in environmental policy in OECD Member countries, EEA member countries and countries otherwise co-operating with EEA, not being members of OECD.
