Working paper for the chapters on waste and material flows for Europe's environment: the third assessment

The paper provides an overview of waste and material flows, and all the statistics used for graphs are presented in an excel workbook. For each graph there is one sheet with data by country. If readers want a detailed encyclopaedia on a specific issue they need to check further sources. However, with this working paper we aim at meeting the wishes of many users who have asked for an overview upon reading The Third Assessment.
