14 Jan 2010 SCP Indicator Framework
Indicator based reporting is a central communication tool of the European Environment Agency, but has so far not begun indicator based reporting on SCP. This new report by the ETC/SCP lays the foundations for SCP indicator reporting in Europe. It outlines a framework for the selection of indicators and for a narrative-based communication on indicator trends, building on a Vision of SCP and 35 key policy questions covering the key elements of SCP.
